3. AI providers & sharing
To generate content, your Inputs are transmitted to third-party AI providers configured for the Service, which act as our processors/sub-processors. Depending on the features and providers enabled, this may include:

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with these providers, with service providers acting on our behalf, or where required by law.
4. International transfers
The AI and infrastructure providers above may process data outside India. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we do so in accordance with the DPDP Act and any applicable governmental restrictions, and rely on the providers’ contractual and security safeguards.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Semantic caches of generated answers, if enabled, store derived text and do not add new categories of personal data beyond your Inputs and outputs.
6. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your rights
Subject to the DPDP Act, you may request access to, correction of, completion of, updating of, or erasure of your personal data; withdraw consent; nominate another individual to exercise your rights; and grieve a concern. 8. Children
Where the Service is used by or for children, processing follows the DPDP Act’s requirements, including verifiable parental/guardian consent and a prohibition on tracking or behavioral monitoring and targeted advertising directed at children.
